McKenna Nard
MS, CCC-SLP · Clinical Lactation Counselor
McKenna received her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas at Austin before moving to Seattle to complete her master's degree in Medical Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington. Upon completion of her studies, she participated in a 3-month full-time NICU training at the University of Washington Medical Center, where she found her passion for coaching parents through their infant's feeding journey.
McKenna is now in her fourth year supporting infant and toddler feeding in the home setting. She attained her Clinical Lactation Counselor (CLC) certificate in 2022 from the Academy of Lactation Practice and Policy (ALPP), and has experience supporting children with a variety of needs including prematurity, tongue and lip ties, and complex genetic conditions.
In her free time, McKenna enjoys spending time with her husband in their Tarrytown home, cooking, going for walks, and searching for the best matcha latte in Austin.
